I just to mention to people who might be thinking about dental work or hesitant about leaving the United States to come to Cancun for their dentistry. I needed a lot of dental work and I’m not the typical patient. I just don’t call somebody on the phone and say “oh I gotta come over to get some dental work done”. I actually went through 15 different clinics, from Cancun, Costa Rica, Tijuana, I even talked to clinics in Ukraine, everywhere!
And what happened for me was, as I started weeding people out and going through the process of making decisions of where I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, it really came down to a few clinics; and I thought well I need to make a decision but it really wasn’t possible because one of the most impressive things that this clinic did that none of the other clinics did… they all sent me something in writing about estimates and what they wanted to do, and a treatment plan… but the doctor here actually went on YouTube and made a video of my teeth, what he recommended.
I mean, I thought, number 1, that’s very professional, and number 2, oh my god, he took the time to do that for me! I don’t have that happen on the United States, so for me the choice was pretty simple, and when I got here it just validated what I already felt, which was family here. And the other clinics were talking about me coming and staying with them for 3-4 weeks. I don’t about anybody else, I can’t afford to leave my life for 3 to 4 weeks to go to Ukraine or anywhere else. So when I got here I was a lil skeptical that they could do all that work in just a week, but boy, they blew my skepticism right out of the water, because they did. In fact, it wasn’t even a week. We were here 9 days, on the 7th day they said “you are done”. So I had at least 2 days to have a little fun in Cancun, and I gotta tell you, this is a great place to have fun.
Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry to me is my dentist of choice. Yes, I know is a long trip for a lot of people, but I’ve met people here from Canada, I met a lady here from the Asian sector. People fly from all over the world to come here! There has to be a reason! And what I’ve been trying to explain to people, the reason is what they do and how they do it. Is not enough for me with my fear of dentists to just say “ok sit in the chair”, it has to be more… there has to be more warmth, there has to be more people feeling comfortable, and there was never a minute here that I ever felt uncomfortable. Every time I came here I’ve been welcomed, I’ve been honored and I just feel like the most important person here.
Yes, I was nervous coming down, I was thinking oooh they’re gonna do all this stuff, but, when I got here everything went smoothly and I can honestly say to you I never had one ounce of pain. I never felt any pain. So I recommend this place very highly to anybody who wants to be here. I have already, when I went home, I live in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia, I see a lot of people every day and everybody, what most people say to me was “did you just did something to your hair? Did you change something? You lost weight, right?” , and no, I just got a smile. They said, “that’s right, you never smiled before, I never saw you smile”. So WOW! Yeah! I’ve got a lot of compliments. People ask me how I felt about coming here. For me this is the place to come. Might not be for everybody, but it is for me! And I feel like the bonus is that I saved so much money coming here that, even with the flight and the hotel, I saved almost 25 thousand dollars coming to Cancun. And on top of that, I got to have a vacation at the beach! I mean, it couldn’t be any better than that! So I highly recommend Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry to anybody. Anybody who wants to talk to me, the office, if they agree and they want to give out my number they are certainly welcome to do that, I’ll be glad to talk with anybody. That’s how I feel about it. How strongly I feel about this place.
