Live Implant Surgery Course in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry!
Live Implant Surgery Course in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry
We are halfway through the 3-day Live Implant marathon here at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry! We are privileged to have the Dental Implant Learning Center hosting their popular Live Implant Surgery Course at our facilities. This would be the fourth time we have helped a dozen of American dentists to learn implant dentistry from an eminence like Doctor John Minichetti. Doctor German Arzate has assisted him through all the process too, providing our staff and the most advanced technology on dental implants, like handheld digital x-ray machines and state of the art facilities. We would also like to thank Neodent for participating in this amazing event with their varied range of dental implants. We look forward on working again with you!
Doctor John Minichetti was the past president of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is the current director of the Dental Implant Learning Center. Doctor German Arzate has traveled overseas to USA and Europe to get advanced training and certifications, accumulating almost 20 years of experience with dental implants.
There was limited availability for the course so it was already sold out since last December. As a side note, we are actually wondering how the doctors will spend their free time after the course. By looking at their official website we know the course included lodging on a beach front all inclusive resort so we certainly hope they have the chance of enjoying the beach and relax like the rest of our patients when this is done.
If you are interested on coming as a dentists, please check their official website and if you are interested on participating as a patient, please contact us and we will see if you are a candidate for next time.

Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry Review: “Five star service!”
Cheap Crowns in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry cost less than in USA
Julianne’s husband came months ago to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry get some dental work done. She was so happy with the way his teeth looked she also decided to get some veneers and crowns to match with her smile. Dental crowns are porcelain caps used to cover a tooth that has been worked on to restore the cosmetic look to it. To save thousands of dollars, Julianne decided to come to Cancun on her vacation days and take some of that time to come over to our clinic to get her procedure done. Many other tourists like her take advantage of the amazing affordable prices of smile makeovers in Cancun.
While her dental work was finished , Julianne used her vacation time in Cancun to jog, swim, do water sports and overall enjoy the beautiful beaches in Cancun. She thought our dental clinic is fabulous, which makes us proud. We have a modern facility decorated with works of art made by Doctor German Arzate himself, who beside being an amazing dentist, he’s also a prolific sculptor. He was even featured on an art exhibition at Agora Gallery in New York not long ago.
She left us a review for Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry:
Excellent. Every part of the experience was wonderful with beautiful results. Staff and all the doctors are so awesome. Five star service!
Julianne is pictured above along our dear Mexican dentists, Doctor Olivia Arriaga, one of our most experienced doctors. All our doctors and staff are professionals who are attentive and accommodating. We know it can be quite scary to go the dentists, let alone one in another country. We work to make you feel at ease and among friends.

We are back answering some of your questions about cosmetic dentistry in Cancun! These were the ones we felt were worth sharing in the blog.
How safe are dental x-rays?
This is a surprising question we would like to address here. As many people already know, we get exposed to all kinds of radiation on our everyday life. We get radiation all day from the sun, the ground and even some electronic appliances. The technology we use in dentistry has advanced to such an extend that we can take digital x-rays which require much less radiation than a regular x-ray plaque. This minimizes risks as much as possible. In Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry have a digital panoramic x-ray machine at our clinic, as well as a hand-held x-ray, which are pretty safe. We will always look after your safety, so if you request it you can have a cover for your shoulders. And obviously, let us know if you are pregnant beforehand.
What diseases make me more susceptible to dental complications?
Perhaps the most common disease that can lead to complications are gingivitis and its more serious version, periodontitis. These are very common among adults. They are gum diseases that can end up making you lose your teeth and attack the bone of your maxilla. This usually happens because the plaque that builds up on your gums and the crevices between your teeth become a perfect environment for the reproduction of bacteria. This bacteria can be also be responsible for cavities and further tooth loss.
What medications can damage my teeth and gums?
There are some medications that can result on some type of decay for your teeth. For example, you shouldn’t chew aspirins as they are acidic. Syrups for coughs can also be a problem for their high content of sugars. Chemo medication could also lead to dry mouth and gum problems; in fact, if you are diagnosed with cancer, you should go to your dentist right away for a check up and cleaning, to minimize any future complications. In any case, you should follow your doctor’s orders to take the chemo and worry about the rest later. We have had cancer survivors come to our clinic to restore their smiles. A tooth’s look can be fixed with cosmetic dentistry, and we want you smiling for years to come.

“Professional and caring” Happy Patient reviews Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry
Cheap root canal, low cost crowns in Cancun
Hello everyone! Today is Tuesday and you know that means we have another case of a happy patient in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry to share with you! This time we will talk about our dear patient Laura from Texas. This was the very first time she came to Cancun and we are so glad she took the decision to trust our dental services. Loved Cancun very much! She took the rest of her days to explore Cancun and to play golf. Cancun is a great place to practice golf because it was two golf courses in the hotel zone and several others down the Riviera Maya that even host international golf events.
Laura learned about Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry through the website Realself, where our head dentist, Doctor German Arzate is rated as TOP DOCTOR. There he has answered hundreds of questions of several patients and curious people who want to learn more about cosmetic dentistry or dental implants. It is really worth checking out. You can also send your questions directly through our web chat where our Dental Planners are ready to give you all the information they have available.
While she had good dentists back at home, Laura decided to try to look for a cheaper option because the prices of dental work in USA have skyrocketed lately. Here in Cancun you can also get affordable root canals and porcelain crowns.
Laura is pictured above with our Mexican Dentist, Wendy Sainz. This is what Laura told us:
Very impressed, professional and caring. Would come back for treatment, prevention care in the future. Highly recommend office staff, doctors and other care staff.
